Sellers Guide

What you can list on RepaMart, what details to keep handy, and the route from a draft to a live listing.

What you can sell

One listing covers one asset — a single machine or an entire farm. You list it yourself; REPA reviews it before it goes live.

  • Windmill or wind farm

One WEG or many, with land or without. Each machine is entered on its own — make, model, capacity, location, HTSC, generation and price.

  • Solar plant

Ground-mount or rooftop. Same per-machine form as wind, with the DC rating asked in place of banking.

  • Generated power

Advertise electricity for sale — quantum, technology, supply mode, lock-in period and tariff. No trading happens on the portal.

  • Hybrid, BESS & spares

    Coming soon

Not open yet. REPA is finalising the details each of these needs before the forms are published.

How to list

Your listing is saved as you go — you can stop at any point and come back to it.

  1. Register and verify

Create your account and confirm both your mobile number and your email address with the one-time codes sent to each.

  2. Complete your business details

Your legal name, GSTIN, PAN, registered address and the person buyers should contact. This is filled once and reused on every listing you place.

It is also what your GST invoice is raised against, so it must be complete before you can submit.

  3. Choose the asset and the scope

Pick what you are selling and whether it is a single machine or a farm, then say how many machines the listing covers.

  4. Enter each machine

Machines are added one at a time in a side panel. A second machine can be duplicated from the first, which carries over everything that is common and clears what is not.

The listing title is written for you from what you enter — you never have to compose one.

  5. Add photographs and documents

At least one photograph. Supporting documents — approvals, agreements, generation statements — are shown only to verified buyers, never to the open web.

  6. Review and submit

Everything you entered is read back to you on one screen before it is sent. Change anything from there, accept the seller declaration, and submit.

  7. REPA reviews it

A reviewer approves the listing, returns it to you with a note asking for more information, or rejects it with a reason. You are told by email either way.

  8. Pay the listing fee

On approval you are sent a payment request: ₹5,000, or ₹4,000 for a REPA member, plus GST. A GST invoice is emailed to you automatically.

Renewal is charged at the same amounts.

  9. Your listing goes live

The 30-day active period starts the moment your payment is acknowledged. Buyer enquiries reach you by email and are listed against the listing in your console.

Mark a machine or the whole listing as sold at any time — a sold listing stays visible, badged, for the rest of its period.
